Each yoga class starts with a short sequence of 4 to 5 asanas. Every week the short sequence is different, travelling the asana groups and key actions. Time is given during the class to write it down. Like this you can gather recipes for half an hour sessions that can help sustain a balanced practice throughout daily life.
