YOGA & CHI KUNG RETREAT // 21-24 October 2024

The 4 day training consists of 2 hours Chi Kung each morning on the cliffs overlooking the Adriatic Sea. In the afternoons we have a 3 hour yoga practice in Casamas.

In this training we explore how the two different practice forms can be supportive of each other.

Each year in the fall photo manifestation PhEST takes place in the old town of Monopoli. At several locations exhibitions are shown which also allows for visiting historical buildings otherwise not open to the public.
