Italy retreat

YOGA & CHI KUNG RETREAT // 21-24 October 2024
At Holiday Home Casamas in Monopoli, Puglia, southern Italy.

The 4 day training consists of 2 hours chi kung each morning on the cliffs overlooking the Adriatic Sea. In the afternoons we have a 3 hour yoga practice in Casamas.

We investigate within the two different practice forms, far into relaxation and far into activation to see what comes out of the mix.

Each year in the fall photo/art manifestation PhEST takes place in the old town of Monopoli. At several locations exhibitions are shown which also allows for visiting historical buildings otherwise not open to the public.
